Comprehensive mental health services
At Behavioral and Mental Health Ann Desloges PMHNP, we offer a unique blend of services, including initial and follow-up evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapy. We specialize in screening for ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, and suicidal ideation, providing comprehensive care for our patients on a Telehealth platform via Doxy.me, a HIPPA secure platform.

We provide tailored mental health services to meet your individual needs. Our approach is focused on understanding and responding to your specific concerns, offering effective and practical solutions to help you feel better. Located in Peabody, Massachusetts, we serve individuals aged 12 and above.

Initial evaluations
Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations are 60 minutes to assess your mental health needs and create a personalized treatment plan. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes.
Medication management
Expert medication management services are first-line and FDA-approved to ensure the safe and effective use of psychiatric medications. Patient Education is always part of the plan.
Psychotherapy
Evidence-based psychotherapy to address emotional and behavioral challenges and promote mental well-being is available. CBT, DBT, Talk therapy, Air Therapy, Mindfulness, and problem-solving are available. Free Workbooks are offered.
Telehealth platform
Convenient and secure telehealth services, bringing quality psychiatric care to you, wherever you are, available through the Doxyme platform and by telephone.

My career in healthcare spans 20 years, serving our veterans as a VA NP, during which I gained invaluable experience in managing complex health needs. I have advanced skills and practical experience that enable me to meet the increasing demand for mental health services.
